And so the Anime Blog Awards draws to a close, with winning and losing sides reloading for more open fire next year. Expect moar lulz, asswipes, flames, and the usual otaku stuff, which may hopefully come from yours truly, though I may be damned if I’m going to be included for next year. Ha.
A Mike bags Blogger’s Choice for Most Thought-Provoking Blog. Too bad he fell short on People’s Choice, but what the heck. No, I’m not praising him, it’s just that his literary way of thinking contrasts with my theoretical and generically simple one. Sucks for incompatibility. As always, Random Curiosity gets Best Episodic Blog. I’m so expecting a challenger to take the said award, but still, RC is good enough to get it (or retain it, I dunno, I haven’t been to blog awards for Pete’s sake). Hemi-tan won gold on Blogger’s Choice for Best Visual Novel Blog. Hey, was I expecting any competition? No. But I’ll topple him soon enough if I wanted to. He’s my pet anyway. So much for Heisei Democracy, but I’ve yet to take a peek in his backyard, so I’ll cross fingers.
As for now, I plan to open up a weekly webcomic on this place, and hopefully, bump into some interested authors along the way. About eroge and VNs, I’ll tread Hemi’s territory if I feel like it. I’m not not just into seeing too much p33ns and vag00s at the moment. As for thought-provoking, I can only offer a piece of mine mind, but if that applies, why not. But as I am always saying, I’m still new, so these endeavors I have may only be something of spite. Don’t expect something big, but if it is, expect it.
