WHY, OH WHY…
So, Rakkun immediately auto-installed Wordpress 2.6 into our systems since it’s released already. But hey, I don’t even see that much of a difference! Yeah, menus and all that blabla changed, but the same semantic applies, and all the tools work very much the same as the last version. I see no improvement at all! ISN’T THAT GREAT?
So yeah, it nearly alienated me with my old dashboard. And what’s more, IT FUCKING ERASED SOME OF MY HOMAGE LINKS (homage links are links that pay homage since they’re linking Your Greatness into a post or site). Now my current blog status is a mess, I feel alienated on my dashboard, I don’t know what else is screwed, and probably I’ll get to feel that brunt tomorrow.
If I ever need to dabble on FTP, I’m gonna sue.

I’ve gotta say I love using the latest of anything and Wordpress is no exception. I prefer to be up to date then behind and open to hack attacks.
Why is everyone so Bawwwwcakes over the new layout? Seriously it’s freaking blogging software, I could understand if all of a sudden Microsoft decided to make their Windows UI like Mac OS X and that made people upset. But Wordpress? I gotta say I enjoy the new version myself.
Check out the new Turbo feature. It uses Google Gears to help cache the site on your PC. This makes for improved loading times! YESSSSSS SPEEEED. Not to mention the new revision feature for posts and pages. Anywho have fun Shance :P!
