Reorganizing Draft Posts

Oops, wrong drawer.

During the course of my blogging lifetime, I left a very long trail of drafts. Serving mainly as repositories of past ideas, I purposefully left these posts unfinished until I can muster enough experience, material, and motivation to complete them. But due to time and my own limitations, I have left the majority of these posts to collect dust in the folder in which they were filed.

New Project: The Shujinko Archive

This personal project is something that I have decided to do long ago. The Shujinko Archive will be a series of posts that will detail various protagonists of anime, manga, and games. Each post will contain basic information about a certain protagonist[1], as well as a detailed explanation of why he or she was chosen for the project.

Try to guess who’s going to be first.

Thoughts on Playing Touhou Shinreibyou ~ Ten Desires

Some of you may have noticed the sudden, abrupt absence last month. No posts, no updates, no Twitter, no Gmail, no concrete contact to the blogosphere in whatever way. If one should ask, it’s not because I have lost interest in the current season and its shows. It’s not because I have decided to go into another hiatus to deal with unfinished business, either.

It’s only because of one thing, and one thing only: Getting my body ready for Touhou‘s thirteenth installment, Touhou Shinreibyou.

On Cash Points and Video Game Money (On Super Fanicom)

The game she stars in costs around fifty dollars. She, along with her other friends, cost four to five dollars a piece.

I was given a chance to write for Super Fanicom long ago. And after months and years of brooding, I finally decided to write a post on their behalf. I kindly thank Pontifus and the rest of the Super Fanicom guys for giving me an opportunity to write for them. As for the post, it’s something that affects me as a video game nerd, I prefer not to say anything more and just let you read the post. Spoilers be damned.

Also, if you guys are interested in deconstruction, analysis, anime, video games, criticism (this post is one that I always hold close to my heart), and no-holds barred tl;dr (literally), I suggest that you visit the blog. It’s enlightening as it is absurd, I can promise you that.

A lot of things happened in the span of six months. Hiatuses have been made, comebacks have been declared, illustrations have been drawn, art contests have been won, games have been played, and the list goes on from there. But before you decide to take the stick to beat your dear blogger to death because another alibi’s coming up, hear me out.

Shance Doing Art Again? For Christmas?! Ridiculous!

Or not.

For people who read my past entries, or saw my post archive for art, or simply just know me, they know that I still draw a bit even after killed my gallery for some unknown and untold reason (I can’t remember what the hell happened, since I already have Pixiv and other sites to take care of my art stuff, but I digress). So when Christmas arrived, and people were asking for presents, the only thing I could suggest is me drawing something for them, and I did.

My good friend Raemz asked me to draw Bell from Pokemon as a present, in exchange for him drawing a semi-romantic picture of Red and Kotone from Pokemon for myself. It was a rather simple and abrupt exchange of presents, but it was swift and very, very nice.

Gen1 Red is sooo BISHONEN ARA IKEMEN~.

As for mine, I went on with the kemonomimi + oversized shirt theme I’ve already been doing for a few days.

HNNNNNNGH-worthy, if I say so myself.
