VICTOLY! MAJESTIC! GLORIOUS! IT’S JUST AS PLANNED, AND IT KEEPS ON GETTING BETTER!
It may be late to tell this, but it seems that a certain bastard has quit his promised endeavor halfway through. So much for the group he tried to maintain, he then turns the reins over to someone with better balls, who turns out to be a good friend, an excellent artist, and someone who’s slowly having a formidable interest in the field at hand, who in turn personally invites me back to Another Dream.
This is an example of an half-assed attempt to pursue a certain “Dream” or whatever he wants to call it. He can’t handle time, he can’t get a good hold on people who are working under his banner, he can’t organize himself, and he can’t even manage time to take responsibility over something trivial a matter. No wonder he got off with TEH B&HAMMER on something as simple as a joke, where he took it seriously and then brands it as plagiarism. And that was like… two or three years ago! Such necromancy!
Now, he claims he was never even a part of a community that he tried to hard to inculcate in his activites, only to announce in his oh-so-sudden exit to the backstage, away from the closing curtains of the theater he acted so much upon. Whatever happened to the “Dream”, asshole? Ending it so soon? Or would you rather pass the name to someone else, which you might come back to claim someday, only to brand plagiarism by the time you can’t even lay a finger on it.
See, it’s not that “The ‘Dream’ lives on”, it’s “You sucked ass, that’s why you’re passing the ‘Dream’ to someone else”. You may take another say on this, though I prefer to stick on my own way of the matter. Whatever happened to the vigor you used to portray as the person who’s burning with so much creativity for the establishment of a new “Western Doujin Circle”? Whatever happened to those past ideas you used to put on paper? Is the responsibility of handling your subordinates too much for you to handle? Because if you can’t event put up and pick up the pace, then you shouldn’t have attempted the feat in the first place.
There is a large gaping hole that you can always find on relations regarding boss and subordinate. Boss can’t contact subordinate, kicks him off. Subordinate finds boss as an asshole, gets off, finds a new group and then flourishes better, all the while kicking the boss’ ass off his own group while he’s at it. It’s so hard making good ties, yet it’s so easy to sever them. The morale of the group will also depend on the head of the group. If the boss is just as lackadaisical as its members, the whole organization will decline. The members’ impact ain’t that big an issue, but if it’s the boss we’re speaking about, then that’s a whole new aspect for the point of view. That’s why he failed so much: HE WAS JUST TOO COMPLACENT OF HIMSELF, AND HIS POSITION. Now he nearly destroyed his own “Dream” for the sake of his pride.
Hopefully the already established fans would take in the sudden change and continue to support the circle, which I see is working well. The new persons in the helm seem to be trustworthy and good enough for the tasks, though some parts still need a bit of attention. I could lend a hand again for them, but right now, the decision is kind of blurry. I think I’ll have to think of my options before making the first step…
Lest I want to end up in shambles…
