Due to some surge of curiosity, I recently tried Making you a two-dimensional girl from the link I fished out from Sixten’s site. All you have to do is enter your name, and it generates a brief description of your 2D self, from clothes to personalities.
This is what I got:

If shance was 2D: 『Wears a China dress. Has droopy eyes. Has long, green hair. An erotic and seemingly lonely character.』
And so, it came to this…

Fighting the good fight.
Ah, yes. You might be wondering where the hell was I when the new season came in. I-i-i-i-i-it’s not like I wasn’t watching out for it or anything! I just did something else, that’s all! But tsundere jokes aside, yes, I was gone. Again. No excuse to give, nothing much to tell but the valid alibi. Let’s just say I’m pretty much bored wasting myself watching oldschool shows during my short trips down the Memory Lane.

It’s like Touhou Nekomata: You can show how you’re rabidly cute… WITH A CHAINSAW.
The game is moving in a steady phase somehow. Because of that, the blogosphere suddenly questioned a certain factor that makes us what makes us. Strength? Rage? Depth? Mindless Inclination? Rabid Determination? Surely, this goes beyond preference, depth, and the different ways to achieve satisfaction from the fandom, yes? So what about it?

Strike Witches x Touhou by 藤島製1号
To be frank, I don’t know where I started to like the genre of mecha-musume. The very first instance, if I remember correctly, was when Bubblegum Crisis started airing alongside Gundam shows, curious on the idea of busty girls wearing thick, sexy, tight-fit armor. Before I knew it, was browsing for mecha-musume pictures, and was enslaved by this certain unknown artist that I can’t remember anymore (and no, he’s not Shimada Fumikane of Strike Witches fame). He drew mecha-musume for old models of tanks and planes, which only deepened my liking for the genre. That was the very first time that I loved the idea of combining the charm of a girl and the spunk of a machine. Like how Seihou is West and Touhou is East, this fanaticism for technology became parallel with my love for fantasy and the supernatural.

Geez, I told Peorth to use the Art Request page, and here I am, doing his bidding like the slave I was, anyway!
But let’s set that aside. I completed the “order” as requested: an adult Triela from Gunslinger Girl, donning mafia clothes (fedora hat, and a coat, even though I thought shades would make her look more badass… generic…)

The hat tends to cover enough hair as to not make her look like Triela (even with the references). Enough reason for me to remove the shades, really.
