Shance Doing Art Again? For Christmas?! Ridiculous!

Or not.

For people who read my past entries, or saw my post archive for art, or simply just know me, they know that I still draw a bit even after killed my gallery for some unknown and untold reason (I can’t remember what the hell happened, since I already have Pixiv and other sites to take care of my art stuff, but I digress). So when Christmas arrived, and people were asking for presents, the only thing I could suggest is me drawing something for them, and I did.

My good friend Raemz asked me to draw Bell from Pokemon as a present, in exchange for him drawing a semi-romantic picture of Red and Kotone from Pokemon for myself. It was a rather simple and abrupt exchange of presents, but it was swift and very, very nice.

Gen1 Red is sooo BISHONEN ARA IKEMEN~.

As for mine, I went on with the kemonomimi + oversized shirt theme I’ve already been doing for a few days.

HNNNNNNGH-worthy, if I say so myself.

Merry Christmas, Everyone

Please disregard our differences in timezones. It’s better to have greeted everyone in advance than to not have greeted everyone at all. Let’s anticipate the upcoming new year in high spirits and burning hopes.

Cheers!

The Christmas Day of the Impoverished Otaku

Lonely Christmas no more: Eating and playing Pocky games with Palette. Then again, considering she’s my mascot (a “moefied” version of myself), does it mean I’m actually playing with myself?

It’s Christmas Day. Christmas Eve has gone by, along with the food, booze, gifts, and greetings to go with it, and the rest of the day seems to promise a more joyous celebration. And for us, the day moves on with our loved ones, both real and fictional. No Santa costumes here, no reindeer costumes either. I want my Christmas simple, but creative. Who knows? It just might add a personal touch of fandom. Works for me, so it should work for you too.

Merry Christmas, everyone.

Oh, and if you want to play Pocky games with Palette yourself, here’s her image file. If Palette seems a bit “off” to you, try Reimu, or Alice.

Santa Reimu pics are so rare… or maybe it’s just me being lazy on finding them…

Here we are at the second part of the Christmas Present Catalog, where your gift would mean something significant in the anime and manga world! On the first part of the catalog, we listed down gifts that are good for lovers. Now we’re going to list down gifts that are too absurd or screwed, or sick for anyone to have.

Being Santa Claus is hard work…

It’s now officially December (I’m following the Tokyo timeline by the way, so yay me), and with Christmas and New Year’s closing in, everyone’s in the rush to buy presents for the occasion. However, we anime and manga fans are different in every way, and that also counts when giving gifts. So why not give something significant, like the ones given by notable anime and manga characters to their treasured ones?
